When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the information you type into it: your name, company, email address, phone number, shipping or delivery details, the items and quantities you are asking about, and any comments you add.

If you attach drawings, PDFs, or photos to a quote request, we receive and store those files as part of your request.

Our servers also keep standard technical records of requests to the site — such as IP address, timestamp, and browser user agent — which we use to keep the site available and to block automated abuse.

We use your information to prepare and send your quote, to answer your questions, to fulfill and deliver orders, to keep records of transactions, and to protect the site from fraud and automated abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email to addresses collected through the quote form unless you ask us to.

Drawings, prints, and specifications you upload are treated as confidential business information. We use them only to price and source your request, and we share them only with the manufacturers or suppliers we need to quote from — never publicly, and never with your competitors.

We share information only where it is needed to run the business: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, shipping carriers, and the suppliers we request pricing from on your behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Quote requests and their attachments are kept as business records for as long as the customer relationship is active and afterward as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete a specific request at any time.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Pages that embed a video use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, and our delivery-area map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Those providers may receive your IP address in order to deliver that content.

Email us at sales@qfasinc.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a quote request and its attachments. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version.
